11.12.11 Celebration and Thanksgiving for the new St Thomas' Centre
We celebrated and gave thanks for our new Centre at a joint Sunday morning service and at our evening service. Bishop Alistair, the Bishop of Derby joined us at the morning service which was followed by a bring and share lunch.

The current Development Committee Team are thanked and disbanded. Left to right: Paul Benson (Chair), Bernard Blanksby, Phil Johnson, Karen Riley and Emma Atkinson. (Missing are Phil Riley and Angela Wright.) We also thanked the other who had been on the committee over the past 35 years.

The morning service ended in the Centre. We were 'sung in' by the Acapella Singers before a blessing by Bishop Alistair.
Then we had our 'bring and share' lunch.
