Easter Cracked
Tuesday 27 March 6-8pm, St Thomas' Church. An time of fun, food, games, craft and learning in prepatation for Easter for children from reception to school year six. The price of admission is a donation. Pick up a flyer and booking form from our churches.


St Thomas' Open for Prayer
The Rector writes "For the period of Lent I will be spending a lot more time in prayer and study. I will be in St Thomas'. Why not join me?" (Note the heating will NOT be on.) Times will vary each week so check the website or notice sheet.

Lent Course, Source
During the five weeks of Lent we are looking at the Church of England’s Lent material called 'Source'. The course is about prayer with practical suggestions and teaching on the practice of prayer.
If you are not part of an and how to apply it in our daily lives.
Week 1, Wednesday 28 February: 'Prayer as a relationship with God'
Week 2, Wednesday 7 March: 'Prayer as enjoying God'
Week 3, Wednesday 14 March: 'Prayer as listening to God'
Week 4, Wednesday 21 March: 'Prayer as honesty'
Week 5, Wednesday 28 March: 'Prayer as caring'


At St Thomas', all Open House Groups are meeting weekly. If you are not part of an Open House Group and you wish to participate in this Lent course, please speak to David Mouncer as there are opportunities available for joining the course.
(Note: some groups meet on different days.)


St Peter's are joining with the other churches in Holymoorside. The course will be at 2pm at Holymoorside United Reformed Church and at 7.30pm at Holymoorside Methodist Church.
You can alternate venues if you wish.
