In December we are distributing our seasonal publication 'Spotlight' to all the homes on our parish. Delivered with Spotlight was a questionnaire for those who live in Brampton or near Brampton to complete. The questionnaire is also available below. You can either complete a 'Word' version and e-mail it back to us or download a 'Pdf' version and post it back. It is optional whether you put your name on the questionnaire. However by way of saying thank you there will be a £50 prize draw. However only 'named' entries can be put in the draw for obvious reasons!
