During Matt's talk we had to think of different things to thank our mothers for begining with the letters in the word 'Thanks'. Matt then linked this to giving thanks for Jesus who gave his life for us on the cross. For our prayer time we had to write or draw on paper 'petals' things to thank God for and then stick the petals on paper plates to make flowers. Daffodils were handed out at the end of the service.
